Pay for the New Gadget
After choosing your old device, proceed to complete the purchase of your new gadget. At this stage, you will be required to pay the full price for the new device. We offer secure and flexible payment options to ensure your transaction is Convenient, Safe and Hassle-free.
Delivery
Once your order is confirmed, our team will swiftly process it for delivery.Â
For Customers in Lagos, You are required to give your old device to the dispatch upon receiving your new device if you’ve transferred your files.Â
For customers in Lagos that have not transferred their files, you are required to send the old device to the office within 3 days of receiving your new device.
For customers outside Lagos, you are required to send the old device to the office alongside tracking number within 3 days of receiving your new device.

Inspection
When your old phone arrives, our expert technicians will conduct an inspection to ensure it meets the criteria for trade-in.
Note: Please ensure your phone is in very good condition, if not it will be revalued at a different price.
Collection and Reimbursement
Upon successfully passing the inspection, you will be paid the agreed value for your device.Â
